Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Mouse Snap subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle (Paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Billing & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes/VAT are calculated and displayed by Paddle at checkout. Your scan allowance renews at the start of each billing period, and upgrades take effect immediately.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal in the app (Settings → Plan & billing → Manage subscription), or by emailing support@mousnap.com. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. You keep access to paid features until that date.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle. We may consider how much of the plan’s scan allowance has been used when evaluating a request. Renewal charges may be refundable at our discretion if you contact us promptly after the renewal.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
How to request a refund
Email support@mousnap.com from (or quoting) the email address on your account, with the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days. As Merchant of Record, Paddle may also assist with billing enquiries and appears on your card statement.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
